Gemma has the usual story -- a stray in NC ending up in a small, but dedicated shelter.  Gemma is new to Mutts and we will update her story as we get to know her. 
 
**BECAUSE OF OUR REQUIREMENT FOR A HOME VISIT, WE ARE ONLY ABLE TO ADOPT TO HOMES IN THE NORTHERN VA / MARYLAND / DC METRO AREA**
We have adoption events EVERY SATURDAY from 12-3 p.m. Please note that not all dogs can attend every event, so if you are interested in meeting a particular dog, please complete a no-obligation application on our website at /application.html OR write to adopt@muttloverescue.org.
